Who is collecting your information.

This privacy policy describes how Performance Longevity Co. ("PLC," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit our website at performancelongevityco.com, book a fit call, purchase coaching or lab services, sign up for our supplement subscriptions, or otherwise interact with us.

WHAT WE COLLECT

The data, the source, and the purpose.

Information you provide directly to us:

Fit call intake (via Calendly): Your name, email address, phone number, any responses to intake questions about your protocol, goals, current training and nutrition, and what you are looking for from coaching.
Coaching engagement records: Your nutrition data, training history, body composition measurements, lab results you choose to share, supplement use, and other information you provide during the coaching engagement.
Lab results: When you share lab results from Marek Health, GoodLabs, or another provider for the purpose of informing your coaching program.
Communication records: Email, WhatsApp messages, text messages, or other correspondence with the coach.
Payment information: Processed and stored by Stripe. PLC does not directly collect or store credit card numbers. We receive transaction confirmations and customer identifiers from Stripe.
Supplement orders: Shipping address, order details, and delivery preferences for any Foundation Stack purchases.

Information collected automatically:

Site analytics: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages visited, time spent on pages. We use this to understand site traffic and improve our content.
Cookies and similar technologies: Standard cookies for site functionality, analytics, and (where applicable) affiliate tracking.

Information from third parties:

GoodLabs affiliate tracking: When you use our affiliate link or referral code, GoodLabs reports the referral back to us so we can verify the partnership and receive our commission. We do not receive your specific lab results from GoodLabs unless you choose to share them with us directly.
Marek Health voucher tracking: When you redeem a Marek voucher purchased through PLC, Marek confirms the redemption for billing reconciliation. We do not receive your specific lab results from Marek unless you choose to share them with us directly.

HOW WE USE IT

What we do with what we collect.

We use the information described above to:

Deliver coaching services, including building personalized nutrition, training, supplementation, and lifestyle programs around your goals and lab data
Process and fulfill orders for supplements, lab packages, and coaching subscriptions
Communicate with you about your engagement, including scheduling, check-ins, and program adjustments
Process payments through Stripe and reconcile partner billing with Marek Health
Respond to questions, fit call requests, and other inquiries
Send transactional emails such as order confirmations, subscription renewals, and account notifications
Improve our website, content, and coaching delivery based on aggregated analytics
Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect against fraud or misuse
With your explicit consent, share your story or results in marketing materials (testimonials)

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not rent or trade your information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

SHARING

Who else sees your data, and why.

Service providers who help us run the business:

Stripe (payment processing). Stripe collects and processes your payment information directly under its own privacy policy.
Calendly (fit call scheduling and intake forms). Calendly stores your scheduling information under its own privacy policy.
Shopify (e-commerce platform for the Foundation Stack supplement store). Shopify processes order information under its own privacy policy.
Supliful (supplement fulfillment partner). Supliful receives shipping address and order details to fulfill Foundation Stack orders.
Google Workspace (email, calendar, document storage). We use Google Workspace for our business email, calendar, and document storage.
Site hosting and analytics providers.

Clinical and lab partners:

Marek Health. When you purchase a Marek lab package through PLC, your voucher code is shared with Marek for redemption. Marek processes your clinical lab data under its own privacy policy and applicable health information privacy laws.
GoodLabs. When you use the GoodLabs partner link or referral code, GoodLabs processes your account and lab data under its own privacy policy. PLC does not receive your specific lab results unless you choose to share them with us directly.

Legal compliance and protection:

We may disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, to enforce our terms, to protect against fraud or abuse, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PLC, our clients, or others.

Business transfers:

If PLC is acquired, merges with another business, or is restructured, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.

YOUR RIGHTS

What you can ask us to do.

Depending on where you live, you have certain rights regarding your personal information. PLC honors the following requests for all clients, regardless of jurisdiction:

Access. Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Correction. Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
Deletion. Ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements (for example, tax records, transaction records).
Portability. Request your information in a structured, machine-readable format.
Opt out of marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those messages. Transactional emails (order confirmations, subscription notifications) will continue.
Withdraw consent for testimonials. If you have given consent for your story or results to be used in marketing, you can withdraw that consent at any time and we will remove your content.

To exercise any of these rights, email brook@performancelongevityco.com with your request. We will respond within 30 days (or sooner where required by law). We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the rights listed above plus the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and share, the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

SECURITY

How we keep it safe.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure payment processing through Stripe, password-protected business systems, and limited access to personal information on a need-to-know basis.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

HOW LONG WE KEEP DATA

Retention windows.

Active client coaching records: Retained for the duration of the coaching engagement and for a reasonable period afterward to handle questions, returning clients, or follow-up needs.
Transaction records (payments, orders): Retained for at least seven years to comply with tax and accounting requirements.
Communication records (email, messages): Retained for a reasonable period to support ongoing client relationships and respond to follow-up.
Site analytics data: Retained in aggregated form. Individual session data is retained for up to 26 months consistent with common analytics tool defaults.
Lab results shared with PLC: Retained for the duration of the coaching engagement plus a reasonable period afterward unless you request deletion.

You can request deletion of your records at any time. We will delete what we are legally permitted to delete and will explain what we are required to retain.

What runs in your browser.

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

Essential cookies. Required for the site to function (Shopify cart, Calendly scheduling, secure authentication).
Analytics cookies. Help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
Affiliate tracking cookies. When you click the GoodLabs partner link, GoodLabs sets a tracking cookie to attribute the referral correctly.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality.

CHILDREN

Not for minors.

PLC's services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us at brook@performancelongevityco.com and we will delete it.

UPDATES

When this changes.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email and reflected by an updated "Effective" date at the top of this page.
