ABOUT BROOK HILTON · FOUNDER

Brook Hilton, founder of Performance Longevity Co., in the gym

I've done this from both extremes.

I built Performance Longevity Co. because I lived the gap most prescribers and coaching practices pretend doesn't exist. I've done nearly everything in this space the wrong way first: the steroids, the GLP-1 without structure, the protocols with no plan around them. Then I learned to do it right. That order is exactly why I can help.

As a young athlete I chased performance the wrong way, steroids stacked on a body I was already pushing past its limits. The bill came due: injuries, an early exit from competitive sports, depression, and eventually the heaviest, unhealthiest version of myself.

More than 100 pounds overweight, I started a GLP-1 and lost 80 pounds. I thought I had it figured out. I hadn't. No training, no protein targets, none of the structured work that protects what matters during rapid weight loss. A large share of what comes off a GLP-1 run like that is muscle, bone density, and connective tissue, around 25% of the loss in the studies, as high as 40% in some. I lived that statistic. My partially torn rotator cuff came screaming back. A bulging disc in my neck got so bad I couldn't sleep for three nights. Surgery was the only option my doctors gave me.

322 lbs → 209 lbs · 11% body fat · organ function recovered

Brook Hilton before and after: 322 lbs to 209 lbs at 11% body fat

That was the turning point. Through a friend I found healing peptide therapies, and six months later my MRIs came back clean. My doctors called it a miracle. It wasn't. I was rebuilding what the unstructured run had stripped, this time with the foundations in place: aggressive protein, progressive lifting, programmed recovery.

From there I rebuilt the whole approach. I redid GLP-1 weight loss properly, on a muscle-sparing protocol with the structure that should have been there from day one. Real labs showed the earlier steroid years had left me needing medically supervised TRT, and this time I did it correctly: right labs, right oversight, right programming around it. Along the way I also got sober, twice, and the 12 steps taught me more about discipline and honest self-assessment than anything else in my life. It's how I coach.

Today I'm 209 pounds at 11% body fat, lifting better than I did at 22, with fully recovered organ function and a biological age that testing puts years younger than my actual age.

I'm the example of both: the wrong way and what it costs, the right way and what it returns. Nobody handed me the protocol that brought me back. I built it from research, from peers, and from getting it wrong before I got it right. Now that's the whole job, helping people do this the right way before they end up worse off than when they started.

Individual results vary. The outcomes described above reflect my personal experience and are not representative of every client's experience.

WHY THIS PRACTICE

Most prescribers are doing one variable well. Almost no one is doing the rest.

Most clients I work with were left uneducated on the same core foundations I had to learn the hard way. The medications work. The hormone protocols work. What doesn't get programmed is the structured nutrition, the resistance training, the body composition protection, the supplementation that determines whether you end up healthier or just smaller. That's the gap. That's the whole job.

THE APPROACH

Real labs. Real numbers. No improvisation.

I partner with Marek Health for clinical-grade lab work and prescribing oversight. I run the coaching, the programming, the supplementation, and the body composition work around their clinical layer. Together we cover both sides of the equation most coaching practices skip.

SCOPE OF PRACTICE

Honest about my lane.

I'm not a doctor. I don't prescribe medications. I don't advise on dosing, sourcing, or protocol design for any prescription or peptide. I don't provide clinical interpretation of lab results. Clinical decisions stay with your licensed medical providers.

What I do is the structured work everything else depends on. Nutrition. Training. Supplementation. Lifestyle. Body composition. The variables that determine whether your protocol actually delivers what you started it for.

This is the only life we got. Might as well do it right.
