How subscriptions work

When you choose Subscribe and Save on any Foundation Stack product, you save 10% off the one-time price and your order renews automatically on the schedule you pick: every month or every 2 months. Each renewal is charged to your payment method on file and ships to your address on file, at the same discounted price.

Skip, pause, or cancel anytime

You can skip a delivery, change your schedule, update your payment method or address, or cancel entirely at any time from your account. Log in to your customer account on this site and open the Subscriptions section to manage everything. There are no cancellation fees, no minimum number of orders, and no commitments.

To make sure a change applies to your next order, make it before that order's renewal date. Changes made after a renewal has processed will apply to the following order.

Renewals and notifications

Your subscription continues until you cancel it. If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to notify you by email so you can update your payment method.

Refunds and returns

Subscription orders follow the same refund policy as one-time orders. See our Refund Policy for details.
